Supply Management Online is your resource for ordering, tracking and invoicing pharmaceutical and medical-surgical supplies from McKesson Corporation. Within Supply Management Online you will also find important, updated customer information such as
availability notices, service announcements and other valuable information readily available.
System Requirements
You will need the following to use Supply Management Online:
- Pentium III or higher Class PC with
256 MB of RAM
- An Internet Connection
- Microsoft Internet Explorer
version 6 or 7; or, Firefox version 1.5
- Screen resolution settings of at least 800x600
- An E-mail address (for forgotten passwords)
For best results and the most benefit from all the online tools and
facilities, we recommend
- A Pentium 4 or higher computer with at least 256 MB of RAM; often the most
cost-effective way to speed up a PC is to add more memory.
- A high-speed Internet connection (e.g. DSL, cable, T1; click
here to test your connection speed)
- Microsoft Windows
2000, Me, XP (Professional or Home edition), or Vista
- At least 25% of your hard disk should be free
- Adobe Acrobat
Reader version 6 or higher
In addition to the general requirements, Medical Group customers will require:
- Internet Explorer 5.5 Service Pack 2 or higher with Microsoft Virtual Machine Enabled (Java enabled)

Supply Management Online operates in a secure web environment with advanced, multi-layered firewall technology Secure Socket Layer with up to 128-bit encryption to encrypt all data. For user access control, a password ID must be assigned for each user. Users are authenticated using a limited number of log on attempts. Within the applications, user access is limited to the data depending upon administrator-defined access controls.
